SHIPPING POLICY

MELSORI Carbon offers free standard shipping to eligible destinations worldwide. Standard shipping costs are included in the displayed product price.

Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, availability, and carrier. Any delivery dates displayed during checkout or provided after purchase are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Products may ship directly from our fulfillment partners. If an order contains multiple products, the products may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking information may take time to update after the shipment is accepted by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately at melsoricarbon@gmail.com if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not shipping charges collected by MELSORI Carbon.

Delivery may be delayed by carriers, customs processing, weather, address issues, product availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
